About our custom cup process
We’re passionate about printing your custom cup! So, here’s a little bit of information about the different types of printing we do, don’t worry you don’t need to know the ins and outs of the printing process -- that’s why we have a team of experts to help you. We’re always here to help you through the print process, this info is just for if you’d like a bit more info about what we do... These logo paper coffee cups can be printed using Offset, UV Offset, and Flexography with either CMYK colors or uncoated spot colors. Flexography, UV Offset and Offset is having ink on a rubber plate then the cups get stamped. For Flexography, there’s only one print plate and then it’s transferred to the cups. For Dry Offset and UV Offset, it’s transferred to another stamp prior to going on the cups -- UV Offset means that it dries instantly under UV light. Spot coloring are all pre-mixed ink for every color, allowing exact color accuracy, but limiting some colors. CMYK colors are mixed for each design, thus allowing a large array of color options. All of the ink we use is very high quality food grade ink, because of this we can’t achieve every color, but we can set you up with a very very similar color.
