About our Custom Sandwich Wrap Sheets

We use a Flexography, Uncoated Spot Color printing process. Flexography means the printing uses what looks like a flexible rubber stamp, these are rolled in ink then stamped onto the Kraft Paper. Uncoated Spot Colors refers to the ink being pre-mixed for each color, which allows an extremely high degree of color accuracy. We only use food-grade ink, which means not all colors are possible, but it's 100 percent safe. We use the PANTONE Matching System for all spot colors, this is the industry standard.
