About our Custom Printing Napkins Process

We use a Flexography, Uncoated Spot Color printing process. Flexography printing is similar to how a normal rubber stamp would work. Basically, a Flexography stamp is rolled into ink and then the custom print is transferred on to the napkins. Uncoated Spot Color printing uses ink that's already mixed for every color, this allows for extremely high color accuracy. At Restaurant Supply Drop, we use the PANTONE matching system, along with the highest quality food grade inks. Send us a message
