About our Custom Printed Food Container Process

We offer a variety of printing methods with our food containers including Offset or Flexography, with CMYK or Coated Spot Colors. Don't worry, an account rep is able to point you in the right direction with the printing method! Flexography and Dry Offset printing is having ink that goes onto a roller stamp that then goes over the paper food containers. The main difference between Flexography and Dry Offset is that there's another stamp color transfer invovled with dry offset. Spot color refers to using pre-mixed ink for each color, where as CMYK colors are mixed for each design - CMYK allows for many more colors to be achieved using just 4 printing plates. We use the industry standard PANTONE Matching System. The ink we use is food quality ink, so not every variation of a color can be achieved. Send us a message
