Tea Zone Chewy Tapioca (Grade A) - Case

Also known as "tapioca balls" or "pearls," boba originated in Taiwan and is made from the starch of the cassava root. The difference between the 2000 series and our original 1000 series is that while our original boba is soft on the outside and chewy on the inside, the 2000 series is chewy on the outside and chewy on the inside, which certain clientele prefer. Cooking time is the same as the 1000 series- approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. 

A must have for anybody selling boba or bubble tea.
